Performance capabilities. Agitate, mix and pump the most viscous and solidified sludge from industrial, municipal, and agricultural waste lagoons. Units can slurry and clean ponds as large as 200'x200'x8' in as little as six hours. Depending on pump size, mixing rates range from 1200 GPM to 11000 GPM and pumping rates range from 1100 GPM to 3800 GPM. The slurry gate is hydraulically and remote controlled.
Description. SRS Crisafulli HumpbackTM PTO powered Slurry Trailer Pumps are manufactured from 3/8" A36 mild carbon steel. They are mounted on a 21' long, single swing axle trailer with a heavy duty driveshaft supported by four sealed, anti-friction ball bearings (five on double suction pumps), with bearing protection systems, remote grease lines extended to the front of the pump, telescopic PTO shaft, pin-type hitch, trailer jack and an 18' long discharge pipe with a male irrigation quick coupler & cover cap. The discharge has a hydraulically actuated slurry gate that swings open to recirculate the pump discharge back into the pump area. The hydraulic slurry gate, swinging axle and stabilizer leg (on 16" pump only) all have extended hydraulic hoses. Shaft size is 1 1/2" on the 4" model, 2" on the 6", 8", and 12" models, 2 7/16" on the 16" model. The 4", 6", 8". and 12" pumps have open impellers. The 16" model has a closed impeller. The 4", and 6" are single suction. The 8", 12" and 16" impellers are double suction. NOTE: The trailer units are not DOT approved for travel on public roads.
