Trained and motivated staff. Crisafulli’s service equation starts with trained employees who know the product line, understand the customers’ applications, and who have a strong desire to provide superior service. We send sales, technical, and service personnel anywhere in the world to support a customer who is seriously considering purchase or who has purchased a Crisafulli FLUMP or Rotomite dredge or a major custom installation of hydraulic submersible, vertical or axial flow pumps.
Specialized solutions for almost 4 decades. In its fourth decade of designing and manufacturing specialized dredging and pumping systems, Crisafulli combines experience and innovative technology to meet the increasingly complex needs of its municipal and industrial customers.
Worldwide sales organization. Crisafulli supplements Direct Factory Service with: (a) three Regional Sales Managers who cover 28 states in the US; (b) a network of independent representative firms (Reps) who cover the municipal and industrial market segments in the US and in 38 other countries; (c) an agricultural dealer network in the US and Canada; and (d) a network of dealers who serve municipal and industrial markets in the US and Canada. Individualized service from conception to completion. Since Crisafulli equipment sales often involve customized versions of standard products to meet each customer’s special requirements, we employ two graduate engineers in the Sales - Service Department in Glendive, MT who interface with customer technical personnel and consulting engineers. A typical custom project goes through the following process: (a) preliminary discussions regarding customer application and performance requirements, product specifications, and terms of sale; (b) written conceptual product definition; (c) Crisafulli’s quotation with detailed “final” specifications; (d) issuance and acceptance of a Purchase Order contingent on customer acceptance of the final engineering, plans, and specifications; (e) Crisafulli’s completion of the engineering, plans, and specifications and the submittal thereof to the customer; (f) final negotiations based on the Submittals; and (g) Notice to Proceed.
O & M Manuals. Crisafulli provides each customer with one or more Operations and Maintenance Manuals (the O & M Manuals) upon shipment of the order.
On-site technical and training support. Crisafulli provides technical and engineering support at the customer’s site worldwide to facilitate installation of Crisafulli products and to train the customer’s staff in the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
One year warranty. The Crisafulli Warranty provides a one year guaranty as spelled out in the Warranty. When Crisafulli accepts a warranty claim Crisafulli solves the problem promptly at the customer’s site, or by an authorized dealer, or, if necessary, in Glendive, MT. In special cases, Crisafulli exceeds the terms of its Warranty policy so as to provide exceptional after-sale support.

Good customer records. Crisafulli keeps engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing Work Orders for all custom orders for many years and generally is able to identify exactly what the customer purchased so as to facilitate processing spare and replacement parts orders.
More than 241 Crisafulli dredges sold. More than 152 Crisafulli FLUMP Sludge Removal Systems are owned by more than 126 customers in 41 states and 7 other countries - i.e., South Korea, Australia, Mexico, Canada, and Thailand - each of which has experienced Crisafulli’s superior service. More than 89 Rotomites are owned by more than 85 customers in 28 states and in 8 other countries, including Australia, Egypt, Honduras, Canada, Venezuela, and South Korea - each of which has experienced Crisafulli’s superior service. |
